Kwantu's Day Visit experience is perfect for those that only have a short while and would like to experience Africa.
Day Trips at Kwantu Private Game Reserve are nothing less than an experience to behold. During your short stay you will experience the Big 5 and the abundance of wild life, birds and flora the reserve has to offer. The day centre overlooks Hippo Dam, here you are encouraged to relax and enjoy the tranquil surroundings and embrace the scenic view of the Sidbury plains. Our game rangers will enlighten you with tales of the bushveld on your journey through the reserve.

Home to 5 of the 7 biomes, this untouched wilderness boasts a past as rich as its abundant wildlife population.
On the reserve you can relax in the Day Centre overlooking a watering hole and enjoy traditional African mouth watering cuisine with a touch of spice. Luxury accommodation to suit your style is available which caters for all budgets and experiences.
Kwantu Private Game Reserve's education and rehabilitation center is home to five different species of predator. Designed in such a way that it maintains its natural outlook, the rehabilitation centre gives the five endangered predators that much needed connection with the wild although they are living in a cordoned off zone. The predators that have found home at the centre include Lion, Bengal Tigers, Cheetahs, Wild dogs and Serval cats.
Kwantu Private Game Reserve is involved in a feeding program for a local primary schools aimed at stimulating community development and interaction among the people.
The program which involves the South African Police Service (SAPS), the Education Department and Kwantu Private Game Reserve has seen the restoration and building of public confidence on local government structures. Since the time the feeding programme was started, sources close to the three schools that have so far benefited from the feeding scheme that is carried once a week per school say that a number of kids have improved with their academic studies.

- From the N2 take the turnoff signed "Sidbury"
- At the T-junction turn right to the gate to Kwantu Game Reserve.
