For 4-6 year olds

Starting in September 2017

Instructor PJ will be offering a Kiddie's pilates class for 4-6 year olds starting in September. She is a qualified Pilates instructor, Foundation Phase teacher and Drama teacher (currently doing her Masters).

The classes are aimed at improving core strength, flexibility, co-ordination as well as spatial and movement awareness in little ones. R450 for 12 sessions. Venue includes a refreshment area for parents to relax in, or for siblings to play/do homework etc while you wait.

Karate improves self-confidence, coordination, concentration and focus, and promotes a positive attitude and a healthy way of life.
From 7yrs to adult. 5 and 6 Year old children accepted on condition that a parent also joins. Affordable fees and special family rates available. The first 20 members to sign-up for the July classes will each receive a free karate suit.
